This reference documents 537 filter names and 539 selectable output names for Search. Counts include public aliases; compatibility identifiers remain accepted separately. Internal-only fields and internal parcel IDs cannot be Search filters or selected outputs. Enrich-only calculations cannot be filters or selected through fields. Set enrich: true to return all Enrich fields separately in each match’s enrichment. That object includes catalog geometry and identifiers; shortlist geometry is opt-in. Put a scalar name in filters to require a value; put any listed name in fields to request additional information without filtering. Every filter is required (AND). Text/booleans support eq, ne, in; numbers also support lt, lte, gt, gte, and inclusive between. Null never satisfies a hard filter. The special geometry filter supports intersects and within with WGS84 GeoJSON Polygon/MultiPolygon values. Intersects includes boundary touches; within requires the entire parcel to be covered by the area, including its boundary. Geometry filters do not automatically return geometry. See the Search endpoint for validation limits. Stored dates use YYYY-MM-DD; timestamps use UTC ISO 8601 and also support ordered comparisons. The loaded parcel schema is checked at runtime and determines their types. Use JSON numbers and booleans, not strings containing numbers or true/false. city means case-insensitive situs scity; census_subdivision selects the Census subdivision. fema_flood_zone uses Fetch; parcel_fema_flood_zone selects the stored parcel attribute. Every request must include state or state2 with eq and one two-letter US state or DC code, or in and a nonempty list of codes. A negative-only state filter does not satisfy this requirement. county is optional and accepts a five-digit FIPS string or a normalized county name. Calculations use the existing Fetch producers and their source budgets. Configured live sources may be used. Eligibility does not guarantee local data availability or coverage; inspect field_status and response completion status. Point fields describe the interior analysis point. Whole-parcel fields use the original parcel boundary. The geometry filter constrains where parcels are found.

Parcel attributes — 173 names

Fetch calculations — 363 names

Geometry outputs — 3 names

Select these in fields; none are returned by default. Only geometry also acts as a spatial filter; the format-specific names are output-only.
